 The children are full of life and so are the directors and ministry teams. Each Sunday after the music program during morning worship the children are dismissed to have their on time of worship. They have music, prayer and offering just like in “big church.” They then move on to their service that includes a lesson time and finishes up with recreation – all based on the topic for the day. One Sunday a month they have a guest reader meet with them in the church library for story time. This is just children’s church (ages 2 thru 3rd grade) on Sunday mornings.
There’s special mission related classes each Sunday during evening worship for the children also.
On Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. we offer Team Kids, a recreational based bible study for children through 6th grade. Rhonda Stansell is our Head Coach.
We also offer special children's events at special times during the year. Egg hunts at Easter, summer fun trips and activities, missions camps, SAFEHOUSE for Halloween, and dramas for the Christmas Holidays. Check our calendar for a list of current events.
